Campus Mind Works: Managing Stress & Anxiety
Free virtual wellness group
Are you feeling stressed out about the semester and balancing different responsibilities? Maybe you're feeling a bit worried about midterms or a big project. Join this free drop-in wellness group to learn more about the difference between stress and anxiety along with strategies to help manage both. The wellness group will include an interactive presentation facilitated by staff from the Eisenberg Family Depression Center and Michigan Engineering's C.A.R.E. Center.
Free in-person wellness group from 5:30 - 7:00pm
Chrysler Center, Room 265, North Campus
Registration is NOT required, but encouraged at campusmindworks.org
Refreshments will be provided
These mental health education and support groups are a service of the U-M Eisenberg Family Depression Center, in partnership with the U-M Engineering’s C.A.R.E. Center and the Newnan Academic Advising Center.
