Housing and transportation together account for 42% of our emissions. To achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 we need to dramatically reduce vehicle miles traveled and make our buildings more efficient. What impact do transportation and housing choices have on carbon emissions, affordability and livability? Ann Arbor Citizens’ Climate Lobby has assembled a panel to discuss considerations for designing low carbon, highly livable cities.
