I would like to discuss an application of Borcherds theory of automorphic forms on bounded symmetric domains of type IV to some moduli problem. I will pick up the case of moduli space of ordered 8 points on the projective line and give an embedding of this moduli space into P^{13} by using automorphic forms which coincides with the one given by cross ratios of ordered 8 points. This topic is not new and my talk is a review.
