Meet the team from MOVE Wellness® and learn about the process for becoming a nationally certified Pilates Mat Teacher. The MOVE Wellness Pilates Mat teacher training program will be offered on campus winter semester 2024. If you are currently teaching or studying fitness, movement, dance or are a pre-health major, Pilates teacher training can help you learn AND earn an income. We will share details about the program, answer questions and take a brief fun mat class!
*Everyone attending will get a free Pilates mat.
