Abstract: Sen theory is a powerful tool to study the Hodge-Tate structure of p-adic Galois representations. I will give a summary of Sen’s results and explain how to generalize these results to the relative setting, i.e. over a rigid analytic variety, which is usually called p-adic non-abelian Hodge theory.
