Many challenges in the classroom can be hard to predict in advance. What do we do when we encounter students who stop attending class? Teams who refuse to work with each other? Students who refuse to listen to your instructions? Often we must first try to diagnose these problems before we can even make a plan of action. We’ll spend some time discussing challenges we’ve faced in the classroom, how we can diagnose those challenges, and some general solution strategies to help get your classroom back on track.
