Presented By: Representation Stability Seminar - Department of Mathematics

Geometry of polynomial representations (part two)

Andrew Snowden (Michigan)

In this talk I will explain some deeper properties of GL-varieties: in particular, I will explain how to construct curves, which is both important and difficult. I will make this as self-contained as possible, so even if you missed (or forgot) part one, it should still make sense.
