The University Philharmonia Orchestra presents Mahler's only completed movement of his Tenth Symphony, the mournful yet transcendent Adagio. The program also includes two works that display entirely different forms of romanticsim: Brahms's breezy Serenade #2, and Barber's Medea's Dance of Vengeance.
