HET Seminar | String theory and experiment: A new hope
Sunny Nitzhaki (Tel Aviv University)
PLEASE NOTE, THIS SEMINAR HAS BEEN CANCELLED
We argue that a new type of strings appears in some time-dependent cases. Despite being light these strings cannot be approximated by particles. As a result, they can cause effects that distinguish string theory from particle physics. We attempt to describe some of these effects
