In collaboration with the Ann Arbor Symphony, the Piano Department at the School of Music, Theatre and Dance is proud to welcome pianist Yekwon Sunwoo in a program featuring the Bach Partita No. 2 in C Minor, the Rachmaninoff Variations on a Theme of Corelli, and the Schumann Davidsbündlertanze, Op. 6.
In 2017, Mr. Sunwoo was the first Korean pianist to take the gold medal in the Van Cliburn international Piano Competition, and he has since established a world-wide career as a soloist.
