Let’s come together and make a difference through fun and engaging activities:
Engage with Maize & Blue Cupboard
- Learn more about Maize & Blue Cupboard and what they have to offer - accessible food, recipes, and support.
Wrap the Block M in Gratitude
- An annual tradition where we express what we’re grateful for—literally wrap it up! Plus, be entered in a drawing for a Zingerman's pie of your choice!
Marbles for Michigan
- Vote for your favorite cause and help us decide where $1k should be donated!
Engage with Food Gatherers
- Learn about their mission and sign up to become a volunteer—your time makes a difference!
Comfort for Community
- Create a cozy tie blanket for an animal in need at the Huron Valley Humane Society— take one home to make or make it at the event.
Cards for Kids
- Team up with Bake Back America to craft cheerful cards for children at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Bonus: If you make a card, create a blanket, or sign up to become a volunteer with Food Gatherers, you’ll snag a delicious Raspberry Patti Pocket from Zingerman’s Bakehouse! Participate in 2 and receive a t-shirt AND if you participate in all 3, you will be entered in a drawing for a $100 Zingerman's gift card.
