This dialogue-basics workshop will cover five most useful dialogic skills including:
1) What is the difference between dialogue and debate?
2) Developing Community Norms for your group
3) How to listen as a facilitator
4) Responding when you have been charged
5) PALS (a specific technique for de-escalating conflict and remaining engaged in dialogue)
