This workshop will cover the theory and practice of using various dialogue tools in the workplace. We will cover some of the underpinnings of why and how to do this work, introduce some examples, and talk of one unit's journey filled with challenges and successes. A particular focus will be on navigating this in a long term sustainable approach (vs. a "one time" endeavor).
