What happens when the carnival comes to campus--right in the middle of a record-breaking heatwave? Welcome to “A Carnival Built in H&!!: Responding to the Climate Crisis”, an immersive event where we can practice interdependence and power-building - while playing games and eating cotton candy! Along the way, connect with Ann-Arbor-based and U-M student orgs to learn more about what they are doing now to build resilience in the face of the climate crisis.

Part spectacle, part survival drill; the shared goal for this fair is to contribute our efforts toward building just climate futures. Together, we will celebrate and connect historical and contemporary U-M and Ann-Arbor-based social movement work that sits at the intersection of climate adaptation, mutual aid, and the arts.
