Bob & Alan: Chronicling the Thirty-Year Friendship of Directors Robert Altman and Alan Rudolph
Third Thursdays at the Library

Film production documents, photographs, and a magical two-dollar bill will chronicle the thirty-plus-year friendship between directors Robert Altman and Alan Rudolph, two lynchpins of the library's Screen Arts Mavericks & Makers collections. These materials reflect their personal and professional collaboration, beginning with "The Long Goodbye," through "Nashville," "Welcome to L.A.," "Remember My Name," "Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle," "Afterglow" and "Trixie." Alan Rudolph will be on site in conjunction with his visit to campus as part of the Joshua Bilmes Visiting Filmmaker series.
