Mixed Race Families — U-M Community Photo Share

Please join in a U-M community photo share of our mixed race families! Bring as many photos of your mixed race family as you like — we'll have tables set up so you can share physical photos, and a laptop and projection available if you want to share digital photos. You can just share photos, or you can share photos and talk about your family’s history and/or share family stories. Your family members are encouraged and welcome to attend, plus snacks will be provided.
This is an opportunity for us to share stories and photos about our unique mixed heritage families, and how we fit into our family legacies. It's also an opportunity to connect and find community among other mixed-race individuals at the U-M campus.
This Mixed Race Project program piggybacks on the current exhibit on multiracial families in the lobby of the Shapiro Library through March 30th (https://myumi.ch/qZ1wE).
