When life gets busy, it's easy to skimp on sleep. You might stay up late to meet a deadline or wake up early to get to an important appointment. Or, maybe you're someone who tries to get a solid 8 hours, but can't stay asleep throughout the night. You're not alone. It turns out more than a third of Americans aren't getting enough good quality shut-eye. This not only leaves us feeling tired and groggy during the day—it can also negatively impact our health.

It's easy to see (and feel!) the ways that a good night's sleep helps our physical well-being, but did you know sleep is also essential for good mental health? Research shows that sleep and mental health are deeply interconnected. Many mental health conditions, including depression and anxiety, are linked to poor sleep. Different age groups have different sleep needs, but what's clear is that getting enough sleep is a key ingredient to leading a happy, healthy life.

Join us as our experts discuss the links between sleep and mental health and break down what the research has to say about how we can maximize both. They will also share practical tips all of us can use to get a little more beauty sleep.
