Nature Art & Making Play

Art-making is play, and play is learning! Join us as we trial a new initiative grounded in ideas from Ann Pelo, Reggio Emilia practices, Hatch Partners in Play, The Creativity Project, and Play-making Now!
This session invites children and caregivers to explore collaborative nature art and making play. Using natural loose parts and select art materials, we’ll experiment, build, arrange, and create together. This open-ended, process-focused experience supports expression, agency, belonging, and joy in a nature-rich setting.
Free and open to all, most suitable for ages 5-10 years old and their families.
