Ross Leaders Academy (RLA) Application Window
The Sanger Leadership Center invites you to apply for the Ross Leaders Academy (RLA), a devoted group of students who want to develop the mindset and skills needed to be influential at U-M and beyond. As an RLA fellow, you will learn from a diverse set of peers from across the university, receive 1:1 and group coaching, and engage with powerful research and ideas advanced by Michigan Ross. RLA graduates emerge more confident, more insightful, and with a vision to fuel their emerging careers.
RLA kicks off in the fall with an exciting event and wraps up in the spring with a closing celebration. The program is open to all University of Michigan graduate students and undergraduate juniors and seniors.
