LSA TS Infrastructure will be performing standard maintenance on the LSA Linux and Windows servers and various network appliances. These servers and services may be temporarily unavailable starting at 7:00 am on Saturday, July 11.

What are we doing?

We're performing routine maintenance:

• Applying firmware and software updates
• Performing additional hardware and software maintenance
• Testing disaster recovery plans
• Unracking decommissioned hardware

What services will be impacted and for how long?

The following services will have intermittent outages between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm Saturday, July 11:

• Bomgar screen sharing
• DRRS applications
• FileMaker database services
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Museums' Integrated Publishing Tool (IPT)
• SharePoint services for the college and university
• SQL databases and reporting services
• TeachTech
• Windows Lifecycle Management System (WLMS)
• WordPress for Payments
