U-M EHS Campus Fire Safety Month - Know 2 Ways Out
Learn how to properly use a Fire Extinguisher to put out a live fire!

The U-M Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Annual Campus Fire Safety Month event will take place on Wednesday, September 17th in East University Plaza, near the West Hall arch from 12 - 1:30 pm.
Can you find 2 ways out to escape the smoke trailer??? Join an interactive demonstration of how to safely exit a smoke-filled building, learn how to properly use a Fire Extinguisher to put out a live fire, find out how to stay safe and enjoy free ice cream!
This year's "Know 2 Ways Out" campaign emphasizes the importance of identifying two escape routes whenever you enter an enclosed space. EHS, the Division of Public Safety & Security, campus units, local fire departments and other safety organizations will provide an engaging, informative experience for all participants.
