Join the Sanger Leadership Center for the next Leadership Dialogues event, featuring Tiffanie Boyd, executive vice president and chief people officer at McDonald’s, in conversation with Monica Worline, faculty director of the Center for Positive Organizations and faculty member in management and organizations at Michigan Ross.
In this fireside chat, Boyd and Worline will explore the topic “Growing People to Grow the Business: HR in the Era of AI.” Together, they will discuss how organizations can harness AI-driven tools and analytics to foster human potential while upholding a deeply human-centered culture that drives sustained growth.
Drawing on her extensive experience leading global people strategies at McDonald’s and General Mills, Boyd will share lessons on empowering talent, scaling leadership, and building cultures that enable growth. Worline will connect Boyd’s experiences to her research and teaching on positive company culture, leadership, and the future of work.
