Students taking Guitar 110 and Guitar 111 with Dr. Vera Flaig perform an end-of-semester showcase.

Students from across campus who participate in the Guitar Program for non-music majors will present a concert of songs that they learned in the Fall 2025 semester. They will be assisted by singers from glee clubs, a cappella groups, a student from engineering, and a vocal major from SMTD.

This wildly successful guitar program for non-majors started as part of an initiative to bring the arts to central campus where they can be enjoyed by students pursuing a wide variety of majors other than music.
