This is a free, seven-week virtual group program that gives you options, resources and support to quit for good! With Freedom From Smoking, you'll develop a plan of action that leads to your quit day. You’ll also get the support you need to remain tobacco-free for life!
The next seven-week Freedom From Smoking® virtual (Zoom) group starts Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 12 – 1:30 p.m. Meets weekly on Wednesdays through February 25.
