Exploring the Reef: Coral Reef Sustainability Tour
Learn about coral reefs and how these unique ecosystems have a crucial role in supporting our planet. U-M researcher Dr. Bardwell will lead a tour of his coral reef tanks and share how sustainability and coral reefs are intertwined. Participants will have the opportunity to get a close-up look at coral reefs and discover the intricate lives of the creatures who live here.
We will be meeting at the BSB West Atrium before traveling to Dr. Bardwell’s office together. Swipe access is required to access the coral reefs, so please arrive on time to ensure you can join us for the tour.
The event is free and open to any U-M community member, but registration is required. Space is limited for this program, so please only sign up for one of the tours. Please email pba-information@umich.edu with questions or if you are no longer able to join this event after registering.
