As we continue to ponder the theme of Poetry & Media, graduate students and faculty are invited to gather to discuss a selection of zines. This will be a low-stakes environment to practice close reading and collaborative interpretations. This event will kick start our Zine Initiative by prompting us to think about the relationship between poetry and materiality.

The Poetry & Poetics Workshop is excited to announce a semester of several events that build toward our Zine Initiative. Throughout the semester, we aim to make a collaborative zine, culminating with an event where we learn how to construct it together.
