Bad Things in Good Foods
Did you know that some of the foods we eat every day— fruits, vegetables, and even so-called “health foods”— can contain invisible chemicals and toxic substances? We will examine the surprising connections between what’s on our plate and long-term risks for conditions like diabetes and heart disease.
