Though separated by nearly 200 years, Nathaniel Dett and J.S. Bach in their own distinct ways used familiar melodies to show joy and praise in their cantatas. Presenting two seminal works, Christ lag in Todesbanden (BWV 4) and Chariot Jubilee, this concert will feature student instrumentalists and soloists.
