The Campus-Wide New Faculty Orientation (NFO), sponsored by the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching (CRLT), is designed to help new faculty members prepare for their first year at the University of Michigan. The program will include welcoming remarks by President Domenico Grasso and Provost Laurie McCauley. It will also include a CRLT Players performance and interactive sessions in which faculty can share experiences and strategize about good teaching. The program will also feature a luncheon during which our Vice President for Research and Innovation will speak, followed by an Information Fair with representatives from key University offices.
