Hitomezashi, a traditional Japanese stitching technique, has recently attracted mathematical interest for its combinatorial and geometric properties. We generalize hitomezashi patterns to arbitrary dimensions, allowing us to ask many (and answer several) questions about how a hitomezashi pattern's combinatorial data can determine its topological structure.
