What happens when we share our research with those who are researching us? Or when the insights from our research are used against us, often in the guise of assistance or protection? And what happens to disability studies research when ethnic, gender, and sexuality studies departments are made to disappear? In this talk, which will likely generate more questions about these questions than answers to them, I bring some of my experiences doing disability studies as a disabled person to bear on a larger work-in-progress on disability marginalia.
