UM merch, patches, buttons, other embellishments, and blank garments will all be provided so that students, clubs, and other groups can collage together their very own maize and blue clothing.
The Patch-Up Pop-Up workshop series aims to help students learn new, practical, and useful skills to revive and reimagine damaged or underutilized clothing items. Through a series of guided workshops led by an Arts Initiative teaching artist and supported by the Planet Blue Student Leaders and the VIPs Club, this series will sustainably divert clothing items from landfills, reduce consumption pressures, and stimulate circular clothing economies!
