Hub New Music's executive director and SMTD alumnus Michael Avitabile uses his background in artist management to discuss the business of booking concerts, residencies, and tours. In this lecture, students will gain a working knowledge of management and learn about different types of presenters, creating an effective pitch, building tours, designing concert programs, and crafting educational residencies.
