Professor Andrew Jennings and student chamber music ensembles present works by composers who, like Alfred Stieglitz and his partners in the Photo-Secession movement, position music as high art even as it reaches beyond traditional aesthetic boundaries, legitimizing popular music practices, speech, and other sounds as worthy of the concert hall.
