Bruce Carter is a music educator and researcher; whose work focuses on issues of creativity and the intersections of social justice and arts participation. Recently, his research has been published in the Bulletin of the Council for Research in Music Education, Journal of Research in Music Education, Music Educators Journal, in addition to numerous invited chapters by Oxford Press.
