International Internship Panel
The Hub continues to develop international partnerships with a group of third-party companies that provide comprehensive internship placement services. Three of those companies - Cultural Vistas, Global Experiences, and IES Internships will be on campus for a panel discussion on Thursday, October 19th from 6:30-7:30pm. Representatives of each company will be available to answer questions and give you an overview of their respective programs.

Learn more about the individual companies below:

Cultural Vistas:
Cultural Vistas' internship and work abroad programs allow students to develop the expanding set of competencies demanded in today’s global economy through sustained immersion in a foreign country – language learning, interdisciplinary problem solving, empathy, and respect for cultural attitudes and ideas, to name a few. Cultural Vistas' internships are an excellent opportunity for Spanish and German learners who want to enhance their language skills through an internship abroad. Eligibility requirements, costs, and services vary by program, details: https://culturalvistas.org/

Global Experiences:
Global Experiences (GE) was founded in 2001 and is solely dedicated to internship programming with international internship placements lasting between 8 and 15 weeks in nearly every career field imaginable. Along with a full-time internship, interns are provided with central accommodation, cultural events and day trips, professional networking events, and on the ground support. With a dedicated focus on career development, Global Experiences utilizes its unique partnership with Gallup Education to offer the Clifton StrengthsFinder® to all participants. Participants benefit from individual advising with GE staff which helps to identify goals and strengths that lead to an intentional match made between intern and employer. The GE career development program includes personalized coaching for each participant, group webinars, and professional document reviews, as well as on the ground workshops and networking events.
