This session is for LSA staff only and is a follow-up to the session on Intercultural Responsiveness (contact LSA-DEI-Office@umich.edu for more information).

If you have any questions or if accommodations are needed to access the facility or the content of the presentation, please contact Jessica McCuaig (jmccuaig@umich.edu) as soon as possible.

Dig deeper into the topic of intercultural responsiveness by learning about techniques to identify and address biases that affect our judgment and decision-making.

Benefits of attending this session include:
* Understanding how to identify ways that implicit bias impacts us and how to address it
* Expanding on the six patterns of the unconscious and discussing applicable work scenarios
* Exploring ways in which you can create a more inclusive environment
* Learning methods to differentiate stereotypes from generalizations

Please note: This session requires a minimum of 12 participants. If fewer than 12 people have registered the day before the session is scheduled, the session will be cancelled. We will send out notice of cancellation 24 hours in advance. We will let you know when another session on the same topic has been scheduled.
