Come join Spectrum Center’s Programming Board for a two part Self Care Fair centering around the LGBTQ+ community and promoting self care time for all individuals.

Relaxation Stations: Join us for a variety of relaxing activities and the ability to meet fellow students. This event will feature a DIY slime and stress ball station, board games, and arts and crafts. The event is being held in NQ 2345 on April 2nd from 6-8pm.
Yoga for You: Yoga for You is open to all students, regardless of prior experience or ability. This event will celebrate all queer bodies, while teaching students yoga! Yoga for You will be in the Michigan Union CSG Room H on April 4th from 6-7pm. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
