Towards a Critical Ocean Studies for the Anthropocene
Recently scholars have called for a critical ocean studies that engages the largest entity on our planet in relation to multispecies being, feminist materialism, ecopoetics, and fluid ontologies. This paper turns to the militarism of the oceans and raises questions about its relationship to poetry, climate change, and representation.
