In this free, drop-in Zumba & Line Dance workshop, an MHealthy instructor will teach dance and aerobic movements to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, Latinx and other dance traditions from around the world. Approximately 15 million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 200,000 locations across 180 countries. Two more exercise & relaxation workshops in the courtyard will be offered this summer: Sampler Class 8/2/18 and Tai Chi & Meditation 8/9/18. The workshops, which are open to faculty, staff and the general public, are family friendly and perfect for all fitness levels and abilities; no prior experience is required. A shaded patio is available for people to participate in chairs/wheelchairs. Rain/heat location: UH South, F1523.
