Explore these and other questions about publishing contracts in a workshop hosted by Ana Enriquez of the U-M Library Copyright Office. After a brief overview of negotiation techniques and the law in this area, participants will negotiate mock publishing contracts. Participants will be able to choose between a mock contract for a journal article and one for a scholarly monograph. The group will then reconvene to debrief those negotiations.
