UROP Peer Facilitators serve as a liaison and program guide for UROP students. Other responsibilities include giving presentations about UROP and helping with program-wide activities such as the Spring Research Symposium.
Peer Facilitators must be third or fourth year students by the fall 2020 and be in good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above. Applicants should have completed one full year in UROP. (Note: Students who plan to be Resident Advisors are ineligible to be a UROP Peer Facilitator because of the time and training demands of both positions.)
