Early Career Leaders: Community of Practice: Strategies for Engaging Your Team in a Virtual Space OL21ECLCOP01

Keeping employees engaged is a necessary part of leading a team. In the absence of face-to-face interactions, leaders of virtual teams must leverage new strategies to encourage broad participation, sharing of ideas and effective collaboration. Liberating Structures (LS) activities are simple, subtle and powerful tools designed to promote interactions that are inclusive, focused and productive. In this session, participants will experience two of the most widely used Liberating Structures tools which require no special equipment and can be used virtually in your next team meeting.

AUDIENCE:
Anyone who would like to more effectively engage their team in a virtual environment.
