Depression on College Campuses Conference. Addressing the Dual Pandemic: The Impact of COVID-19 and Racial Injustice on College Student Mental Health
Join us virtually for the 2021 Depression on College Campuses Conference, which will explore the impact of the dual pandemics of COVID-19 and racial injustice on college student mental health, and look at how colleges and universities are responding.
As college students face increasing physical and emotional stressors, including loneliness, anxiety, depression, and trauma, colleges and universities are challenged to find ways to meet the health, safety, and emotional needs of students, particularly those of black, indigenous, and students of color who have been disproportionately affected. Attendees will learn about new research findings, programs, and policies which highlight college student mental health in the context of current events.
