CCI Presents: New Year, Knew YOU! - Wolverine Wellness Workshop

This session will provide space for students to relax. We will introduce a few types of mindful meditation and mindful grounding exercises for students to use in moments of stress and anxiety. No break-out rooms, no forced participation. This is for you to come and just be.
