It is important to practice wellness and self care to balance your student experience. Prioritizing your wellness is just as important as prioritizing your academics! Join us as we learn about the 8 dimensions of wellness, develop skills to manage the feelings and experiences you may be going through, and learn about resources to support you on your wellness journey!
