Each year, in collaboration with the LSA Dean's Office, the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching (CRLT) organizes a Teaching Academy for all new assistant professors in the College. The Teaching Academy aims to help junior faculty make an effective transition to the broad spectrum of teaching responsibilities at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
