Pre-concert lecture at 7:15PM

The roots of many different types of music branch in multiple dimensions as showcased in this performance. The premiere of UM grad Evan Hause's "Branching-A Tree Symphony" musically depicts the importance of the growth process in the natural beauty of a tree as well as inner connections between human beings. The Symphony Band welcomes UM's new professor of tuba, David Zerkel, to the Hill Auditorium stage!
