Join IGR and MESA for an afternoon of forest bathing with Instructor Martha Kirpes! October 18, 2:00–4:00 p.m. Meet at the Washington Heights entrance to Nichols Arboretum. Bring water, snacks, and friends!

Dress for the weather, with comfortable walking shoes. This is not an exercise "'hike," but a walk for mindfulnessand to introduce the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku or "forest bathing" to take in the health benefits of being in the forest.

Bring a water bottle and snack if you prefer (and your friends)!
