Some very basic calculus with p-derivations

In calculus, the central notion is that of a derivation. If we replace the spatial direction in calculus with the p-adic direction, we get instead the notion of a p-derivation. In this talk, I will explain what are p-derivations and where they come from. I will also explain some of their basic properties which are related to the prismatic -- crystalline comparison. Speaker(s): Siqing Zhang (Stony Brook)
